Inside, 14 bedrooms are spread across three floors, giving large groups plenty of space and privacy. Most bedrooms feature private bathrooms and TVs, while multiple gathering areas make it easy to bring everyone together throughout the stay.
Outside, take full advantage of the oceanfront setting with multiple porches, outdoor lounge and dining areas, grilling space, an outdoor bar, showers, and a private pool. The property also features a putting green and game room with a pool table, making it especially well suited for golf groups looking to keep the competition going after the day's round. An elevator provides added convenience when moving between floors.

Beds are prepared before arrival, and the home includes a full towel set along with starter toiletries, K-Cups, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.

**Spa heating is available April 1–October 31 for an additional $400 plus tax per week and is subject to weather conditions. Daytime and nighttime temperatures must be forecast above 60°F. Heating requests must be submitted no later than five days before arrival.
