The Ridge Course at RTJ Oxmoor Valley in Birmingham, Alabama, is an 18-hole, par-72 layout on the renowned Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. Set across rolling terrain along a scenic ridge, the course is known for its elevation changes, wide fairways, and expansive views of the surrounding landscape. Compared to its sister Valley Course, the Ridge Course offers a more open feel, with tree-lined holes that still demand accuracy and thoughtful shot placement. Large greens and well-positioned bunkers add to the challenge, making it enjoyable for a range of skill levels while still testing experienced golfers.

Oxmoor Valley has 2 18 hole courses, The Ridge and The Valley. One thing I love about these two courses is that they are very different. The Ridge is a lot of elevation changes and some beautiful views since it is constructed along the ridge on the top of the property. While the Valley has more shade, lakes, and runs along the the valley at the bottom of the property. If you have an opportunity to play both of these, it is well worth it. And it will honestly feel like you played two different properties all together!! Oxmoor Valley also offers a Short Course to make a 54 hole property that will give you a little bit of everything!!
