The Kierland condos are an amazing value. They are located in the Kierland area of Scottsdale, one of the newer and nicer areas. They are within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. The complex has two pools, one of which is heated. It has hot tubs, a small gym and business center, and BBQ grills at the common area by the pool. The units all have a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 HD TVs, wifi and a small patio.
