Our newly constructed home opened on April 1, 2018, with 1st class amenities and custom features. It was designed for 4 adults instead of 8, but has the same big view of the golf course as our larger houses. The wide-open floor-plan includes 2 Master Suites, with 4 Queen Beds & attached Ensuite Bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a gas grill on the deck. Enjoy your favorite beverage on our screened porch or sink into the sofa and watch the 65" HDTV. Our Championship Brunswick Pool Table is perfect for friendly competition, or head outside to the 1,500 square foot Putting Green! We have 3 houses on the same street, so we can accommodate groups of 4, 8, 12, 16, or 20! All houses were newly constructed and specifically designed to host golf groups.
