In the 1970s and 80s, Golf Digest repeatedly named the golf course at Mountain Shadows one of the best short courses in the U.S. Originally designed by Arthur Jack Snyder, the course has been re-envisioned by golf course architect Forrest Richardson, who worked with Snyder for more than 25 years. The newly configured and fully rebuilt course features eighteen par-3 holes, each with an interesting personality. The Short Course has an emphasis on fun for the casual golfer as well as the serious player and takes less than 3 hours to play.
