The Retreat is our lowest cost private home available at this time. Enjoy the hot tub, private heated pool, and large back yard, all within a mile of the extensive selection of restaurants and shopping offered just down the road at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. This home is perfect for a group of 8, and close to plenty of golf.

Living Room: 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper (4.5" memory foam mattress)
Bedrooms 2 - 4 have two twin XL beds (80 in. long). We can also push them together with a mattress topper and king sheets, and make a true king size bed (78" x 80"). So we can have either 2 twins or 1 king in each room, whichever you prefer.

Heated Pool

Heated to 85 degrees - $50/day
Actual pool temp will depend largely on your ability and willingness to keep the solar cover on when not in use.
